Find your Space Series 3: Digital and Creative Marketing Manager at Astroscale UK

Robyn Haigh is a Digital & Creative Marketing Manager at Astroscale UK, having begun her career in the space sector as a digital marketing apprentice at the UK Space Agency, where she created graphics, videos, exhibition materials and social media content while contributing directly to national space outreach initiatives.

Growing up in Swindon, home of the UK Space Agency headquarters, she developed an early passion for space which later blended with her creative interests, leading her to pursue marketing before realising that hands‑on learning suited her better than university study.

Through her apprenticeship she gained experience meeting astronauts, observing ExoMars rover testing, and shaping the visual identity of UK space communications, which she describes as deeply fulfilling work that allowed her to influence how people engage with the sector. After completing her apprenticeship, she progressed into the commercial space sector, joining Astroscale where she now leads digital and creative marketing projects, including mission patch design for space sustainability demonstrations and communications supporting the company’s orbital debris‑removal missions.

Passionate about space, creativity and STEM outreach, Robyn continues to champion the role of young professionals in the growing UK space industry.
