Faye works for Thales Alenia, managing a team who look after all of the equipment which supports satellites throughout pre-launch phases. To get to where she is now, Faye undertook an engineering apprenticeship which featured placements.

It's a really, really exciting time in the space sector... We're building things that are going to go into space and it's quite easy to forget that. We need to take a step back sometimes and remind ourselves that what we're doing is super cool stuff!
