There are lots of routes into a career in the space and science sectors.
Nat studied chemistry, physics and maths at A-Level, as well as AS art and further maths. She chose to pursue physics at university and after obtaining her BSc at the University of Southampton, studied for a PGCE at the University of Warwick. Now she's a physics teacher!
At the office
Nat teaches physics masterclasses in the science lab at the National Space Centre. She also teaches on the Space Engineering Course run in partnership with Loughborough College and develops resources for other teachers to integrate space topics into their teaching.
Before joining the National Space Academy, Nat spent some time working at a school in Switzerland. She has also been a Radiation Protection Supervisor, and knows our Science Lab at the National Space Centre like the back of her hand.
Away from the office
Nat likes to draw, play the saxophone and travel.
