Jennifer Morris

Hi, I’m Jenny! I have a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and a PGCE in Primary Education, and I spent five wonderful years as a fully qualified Primary School teacher before moving into my current role as an Education Officer at Techniquest in Cardiff Bay in 2023 and of course, Regional Project Officer (South Wales and the West Midlands) for the National Space Academy.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on the hockey pitch playing in the South Wales Women’s League, or in my spare room running my small business, where I create hand-made memory items that help people treasure their special moments!

If given the chance, would you go to space and why/why not?

Part of me says absolutely – the idea of experiencing zero gravity sounds incredible. But then I remember I get travel sick on a ferry to Barry Island, so maybe I’d better admire it from here!
