Graduate

The Graduate Space Industry Careers Conference was held in February 2014, 2015 and 2016, and was aimed at recent graduates and undergraduate and postgraduate students interested in finding out more about careers in the space sector.  Each of these events was run at the National Space Centre, and featured speakers from a wide variety of organisations linked to space.  The day was run as a conference, with an associated exhibition, rather than a market style recruitment fair, providing a deeper insight into the sector as a whole.  The aim of the conference was to inform attendees about the opportunities available in the sector, from engineering graduate schemes to entry level posts with satellite applications companies, and to highlight the skills and qualities that space sector companies are seeking.

The most recent Graduate Space Industry Careers Conference was held at the National Space Centre in February 2016, at present there are no plans to run this event again in future.  If you are involved in careers programmes or recruitment for the space sector, and would like to find out more about how the Graduate Space Industry Careers Conference was run or to look at working with us to run similar events, please do contact us.
